To be fair, NullDC can't emulate the game's sound perfectly either, it'll sound like the Gamecube for some odd reason.

The only way to play a good version with good music is to attempt Demul, but even that has errors, or to play the original DC version USA or PAL with the 60hz codebreaker code.

It's why I say that the GC version isn't definitive, the music is a BIG part of Skies of Arcadia, hell it's a big part of any game, and hearing butchered versions throughout will ruin the experience in one way or another. Of course if you don't know any better it's fine, but I'd always suggest the original DC version just for it's music alone.
