i did and i installed it in a thread a few months back. it's amazing! absolutely love it.
not ez tho, multimeter and magnifying glass were pretty fuckin necessary for me to complete it.

Being that the post was specifically about the PS2 that's not true anymore grandpa. it's not 2004. FreeMcBoot / OPL / Ethernet cable work 100% flawlessly with every game i've thrown at it, what else could i possibly want?

you're right, and i installed an ODE. picrel. it was not easy at all, and i'm sure as fuck glad i had a proper iron tip, magnifying glass and a multimeter. if there was a good softmod solution i would have done that in a second; but with PSX there probably won't be the way the system is.
