You're using GLideN64, a high-level hardware-rendered plugin. As such, it displays an image that is much closer to what you'd get on a PC game than what actually came out of a real N64, even at the same resolution. So no, it's not accurate. To get something much closer to real hardware, you need to use a plugin like Angrylion Plus or ParaLLEl-RDP, which are low-level and pixel-accurate, so they replicate exactly what the N64 hardware outputs, which had several layers of anti-aliasing and blur. Of course, it'll still look different from what it looked like back in the day since you won't be outputting through composite cables to an old CRT TV.

You know there's plugins now that emulate exactly how the real N64 renders video, right?
