What were they thinking with this game?!

The level design is a convoluted mess
Game is WAY TOO HARD (the PSX version)
The graphic is worst than TR2

It's a miracle the series hasn't ended with this crap

We can all agreed this is worst TR?

>fucked save system (on PSX)

doesnt really have to do with age its just that this game is fucking impossible. i swear i had an easier time playing this as a kid

How was such a mainstream game so difficult? Did any kids actually beat this?

From what I understand the pc version has an easier save system.

I've played through many hard games in my time, but I just can't finish this one due to its difficulty spikes and its unforgiving nature. Are the other tomb raider games like this?

I remember renting TRIII all the time as a kid and loving it. Decided to buy the entire collection off of GOG and holy shit these games have aged like milk. Back in the day I played it on the PS1 though so for all I know the PS version is better than the PC version.
