rule of thumb for me is to never install the big shitfest megamods. my biggest problem with them is that it just throws the pacing off. the plot at least in BG2 always makes me feel restless and that I should always move forward especially when the player loses their soul. so stopping to go on some other super quest when so much is at stake feels weird and out of character for me.
and that's just one problem for the ones I did find enjoyable. with many of them being awful it's best never to install them. same rule applies for npc mods.

Anyone know any old rpg games (that can easyily be ran on windows 7 on a shit laptop) that are any good?

Also does anyone KNOW WHAT GAME IS IN THIS IMAGE? Because I'm looking for something like that (not sure if its any good)
