"Green vest" is just shorthand for the dud as a whole. But yeah, that green vest makes his sprite pop more than..white...guy...thing

Shatterhand has some kind of cybernetic headpiece/jaw, The "sunglasses" are more like a badass visor attached to that head piece. The green wrist guards are a nice touch. The design is sleek and well executed and just generally looks better in sprite form.
