I have way too many cases of nostalgia failing to hold up, but can't really think of any cases games I enjoyed more as an adult than a kid besides FF7. I guess if you consider browser games /vr/ then the Bionicle MNOG flash game, which I didn't get far in as a kid (mostly due to having a crap family computer and partly because I found it dull) yet I had a much greater appreciation of in when I played it a few years back. Can't say the same about the sequel though, which is still as terrible as I remembered it being.
