Anyone here got their consoles hooked up to a fancy svideo/component av receiver?
How's the experience on it?

You need a massive A/V receiver, and you need to bundle and zip-tie cables together along the backs of your shelving units as much as possible. Run everything to the back of your receiver and make sure it's tucked away. It will be a pain if you ever need to unhook anything, but that's the price you pay. And of course that only works if you're doing basic video formats like composite, component or s-video. If you're going the RGB route, your options become even more limited.
