First you start by selecting which drive you want to open (F: for example)
Then you just add / after every folder until you get to the folder with the hack and the graphics in them.
For example:
>F:/vhacktt11/graphics
Afterwards it will ask you for the SMW rom. For this you have to do do the same thing except in the folder of vhacktt11 you enter vhack3.smc, so for example:
>F:/vhacktt11/vhack3.smc

I don't know how the rest of the tool works, so I hope you can figure that out.
