You talking about the bottom edge? That's normal. "Flat" tubes are only flat on the fromt surface. The inside (where the phosphors are deposited) still has a slight curve to it.

Also, you're referring to geometry, not convergence. Convergence issues would have to be pretty extreme to show on such a shitty picture. Like pic related extreme...
