No, it is just a lot of the cheap, discarded stuff since my taste in games tend to be in the unpopular area. Like the Ranma 1/2 series that I like, it is not Takahasi-sensei's best nor funniest work, but I enjoy it most despite her many better series/stories. I find charm in the low tier stuff that I was stuck with in my past.

For best girl that's a tie between Nabiki and Ukyou. In that game only Kuonji Ukyou is a playable character, but her moveset is not as good as other characters. Mariko has the air baton which is pretty good at applying pressure to the opponent and has a very useful arc.

The cheerleader is Mariko, she was in both the comic and the animation. The short girl is Hinako, which is a teacher, definitely in the top 5, after bests Ukyou and Nabiki.

I remember kids were really interested in the SNES games based on a few preview screenshots. They would write in to the magazine asking for more coverage on the games. The cool part was the publications obliged, and it looked great. Sadly the games couldn't match the visuals.

Yeah, that one is pretty entertaining. I really do like the OVAs and movies, even though some of them count as filler material not in the original comic. That one did have Nabiki in one of her better outfits too. I think the doll inn one was pretty good, showed off Tendou Akane being just as cute and lovable as Makoto from SF3. Couldn't pick a favorite at the moment tho.
