You'll need the base Wolf 3D and Spear of Destiny files.

You'll also need the patch tool on the ECWolf page, which will update Wolfenstein 3D to the latest version. Make sure to select "Vertical Sync" as you can't get a 16/9 aspect ratio otherwise. That's it.
