Does it? Outside the PSO tracks I wouldn't know. I know they did finally add classic PS outfits for the 30th anni in game and also actually acknowledged PSIII by including Rhy's outfit in it along with the AU Alis and Lutz you're talking about, but for being what the series is built on they barely seem to throw any bones at it.
