It sucks because all the momentum you gain as Claire just vanishes when you play as Chris. Then you control Chris and run through the same locations as Claire (common in RE, I know), but the abrupt loss of Claire momentum just feels like cutting your dick off or something. Alexia is probably my favorite villain in the series, but the final fight against her is poorly design and cramped. Then you have the first person nonsense, the Steve nonsense, etc. It does deserve a lot of hate, but it's still at least a 7/10.
