I played it for the first time a couple of weeks ago, it really is a wonderful game.

Small hint: The last action sequence can get really tedious because it's the only one that is somewhat hard, so do a few quicksaves if possible.

so i want to play MSX Snatcher on Windows Vista, so I downloaded a translated version with .dsk files and downloaded the openMSX emulator

but now I have no idea what to do to run it

It's not even the full game, though. It looks and sounds pretty but it's very clearly a rushed product. It would be like if MGS immediately ended after "Did you like my sunglasses, Snake?" and then the credits rolled.
