It's stretching it. It's not representational art, but the player is asked to attend the icon figure as if it were a pet, looking after its virtual "needs," and mimicing sinful and sometimes blasphemous behaviour but in a "pretend" context. The Prophet (may god's blessings be upon him) warns us of the danger of giving care and obedience to figures that are mere icons instead of people or animals.

There's also the danger of any epic game or passtime consuming too much of your time that you neglect your duties to family or community. But that's a danger inherent to all video games without a session time limit (I believe the technical term is "anti-poopsock measures").

Play in moderation, and always keep in mind the story told by this game is not a story of real people. Never let the game take you away from your responsibilities to the people around you, to yourself, nor to Allah. May His good will be upon you and your family.
