Even as someone who enjoys Nintendo games I don't get why not only here but also IRL people almost only talk about Nintendo when it comes to retro games. I'm 32 and everyone I talk to who's around my age thinks the N64 is the greatest thing ever and barely anyone ever talks about the PS1 even though it sold three times as much. I feel like I'm the only person who enjoys Nintendo games but isn't some kind of brainwashed cultist

If we're going with that argument the 3DS would also be allowed on /vr/ since it's like a portable Wii power wise. I love Nintendo games and systems but I don't think it's fair how Nintendo always gets free pass everywhere and all the stickies on /v/. I guess this is a Nintendo imageboard after all.

James hasn't been writing anything for AVGN in a very long time. Even at the beginning the episodes were mostly written by Mike. The Majora's Mask episode was clearly written by someone at Screenwave who has a massive hateboner for it. Even if you don't personally like it, it's nowhere close to being a bad game in the leagues of Superman 64 or something like that.
