Anyone else think the N64 controller is bad MEME has been taken way too far?
you've got people buying these gamecube adapters (shitty) replacing the sticks with gamecube style sticks (shitty) and buying these shitty hori pad and shit ass retrofighters meme sticks
truth be told I bought 2 MINTY original N64 pads from gamestop.com and they are PERFECT
So why the fuck are retards going for inferior choices just because of some stupid ass meme?
I feel like internet made a lot of people unable to really think for themselves

Does anyone know a reliable place to get controllers? Every n64 controller I’ve bought has been a disaster and I don’t really feel like wasting more money on controllers I don’t know work.

only have 3 games, only one is interesting (star wars pod racer)
thinking of buying Quake and smash while also trying to find Goldeneye (miss that fucker, yet Aztec can literally fuck itself alongside oddjob)

What is the best fix/mod/replacement for a wobbly N64 analog stick? I don't like the feel of those that are GameCube styled so I was looking for a more faithful reproduction.

Has anyone tried these replacement parts? I've heard they are nearly identical to the real deal but I'd like the input of some other fellow N64 autists.

Last thread is already gone, any advice for buying a used N64 controller without able to feel the stick first? There aren't a whole lot of retro game places around here that I could go to in person. Or do I just cut my losses and buy one and buy a shitty GC stick replacement?
