Have one, it's in the box, but we did take it out and give it a try.
The way the joystick is positioned, and how your hand holds the controller makes it awkward to use.

In a natural position, like with regular controllers, moving your thumb up, and therefore away from your wrist, is how you go 'up' as expected.
With the chainsaw, you gotta move your thumb left to go 'up'.

Apparently they fixed it with the ps2 version
