I think some version of this happens to Kaede. For some reason she keeps falling into giant vats of white cream (?) when losing.
It's like her stage/restaurant has an entrance, crowd area, tables/chairs, giant vat where they happen to keep industrial amounts of white cream, cash register, bar, etc, but she keeps getting ring-out at the vat of white cream and thus always proc that end.
