Hexen 2016 was such a strange direction. They completely abandoned the run-and-gun style of the previous games and made it about exploration and puzzles? I mean, sure, maybe you'd get that kind of gameplay from Painkiller, but Hexen's always been about shooting demons from the word "Go".

At least Konami still managed to put out a decent Blood reboot, even if they had to shoehorn in some Silent Hill references. But I guess they're just showing off what they can do with their new IP.
