/vr/ - Retro Games

Was there an enemy in Quake that supposed to vomit/defecate on dead player, but didn't made it into the game? I clearly remember people talking about that with even an untextured ogre-like model with axe, shield and spike helmet on floating around, but I can't find anything slightly related to it. Starting to suspect that this might be one of these extremely rare cases where I remember my dream or something along those lines.
Just wanna be sure I'm not making this shit up... while kind of making up another shit.
