MM+ has a 1.2 GHz processor (2 cores 2 threads) and 128 MB DDR3 RAM. The RG35XX has a 1.6 GHz processor (4 cores 4 threads) and 256 MB DDR3 RAM. The RG35XX is slightly longer which makes it a tiny bit more comfortable to hold. MM+ has a slightly larger battery and WiFi for retro achievements. The tiny bezel on the MM+ makes the screen a little more fragile to dropping, but neither handheld are particularly rugged.

RG35XX has 5 hour battery life, a little taller, and HDMI. Miyo Mini+ has WiFi for retro achievements and could probably run moonlight or something. The RG35XX also has a better CPU and double the RAM, but this doesn't seem to effect performance as much as one would expect, which may just be an issue of the custom firmwares not fully taking advantage of it yet.
