Okay so what should he use? The light and super disposable rifle that works pretty well on everything short of armored targets, the spinning DPS shithousing gun that can bruteforce anything into paste, the rapid fire rocket launcher, the insanely light cannon that can pretty much one shot anything you point it at other than that one time I shoot at a fucking cyberdemon and it fails to kill it fuck you Bronto I trusted you.
The super light SMG that uses 9mil which eats shields for breakfast and bleeds things dry?

Clearly this anon needs to git gud and get through this map with a Boss rifle, his fists, and a DERP.

Huh. Never got that error. What versions of TouhouDoom, Zandro and GZDOOM did you download?
Also I do have to admit I only ever played it with Term's DemonSteele. Maybe there's something in the coding there that takes care of that error?
DemonSteele is the only way to play it, anyway. Maximum animu or bust.

Yeah, the models have never really looked good. Props to anyone who could make Quake II quality models that could pass as from id, but for now we have these.

It happens because of their method of attack.
Hitscanners are able to trigger any demon to infight with them, even with their own species. That's why any horde of zombies like shotgunners end up infighting. Whereas projectile users like cyberdemons can only trigger other demon species to fight them. Their projectiles aren't set to damage other demons of their kind.

Do try BDSE. You try the chainsaw altfire once and you just won't be able to go back to standard brutal doom.

I kinda waver between classic and new depending on the mod I'm playing. Mostly classic (no freelook + autoaim on) unless I'm playing a mod with arcing projectiles or recoil. I'm just used to that being how Doom played.

It's pretty stupid to get angry at how other people play the game.

There's also people who are willing to play with 3D models of questionable quality (see pic related) instead of the original and "shitty 1993 graphics". And they preach themselves to be "real gamers" for not playing "modern day shit", as if ALL the FPS recently released were Call of Duty or something
