I like this one a lot, there used to be some good threads for it around 2018 or so. what i like about the game is there seems to be a lot of hidden depth to it. for example i beat the game and didnt know how defense relays gave your structures a massive defense buff, or that your builder units can convert an enemy structure into resources for yourself if you protect it.

Any tips on getting better at this game?

I haven't seen a thread for this game in a while. Any tips you have or strategies? Is it worth building the solar panels or better to ignore them? They cost 150 each but it would take 3 minutes to recoup that cost. seems better to just buy a tank.

A surprisingly good game. Getting to control the crew of the mech and being able to salvage enemy mech parts and use them immediately or research them for tech-stealing was sweet in 2001 and is still sweet today.
