As much as I love Doom gameplay, it's really sad how little you can do with difficulty outside of slaughters, and how barely anyone even tries.

can someone explain to me the actul reason why doesnt gzdoom support the DOOM64.WAD as IWAD the one that comes with the new pc port of Doom 64?
and the map packs made for Doom64 Ex as a result?
I dont get it, the engine of gzdoom is clearly more than advanced enough to handle Doom64 features, so whats the deal with this?
is there a proper reason beside Graf being lazy?
