Hey so who balanced the doom2 bestiary?

i mean the details are so interesting; e.g., how fast the cyberdemon and arch vile, how low their pain chance is, etc.

Was it fucking sandy?

I honestly feel these bestiary nuances are a big part of dooms longevity. the details of pain chance and other attributes, and infighting, make the game brilliant in ways i don't encounter in other games.
