Given that Lisa was knocked up while unconscious, and she seems none the wiser when she wakes up/rejoins the party, I wonder at what point she figured out what happened.

In fairness, Bowie and company are probably only a little younger given that Astral's school seems to be geared as a high-school equivalent.
