they have ported anomalies, multiple maps, guns/clothing, and the mutants into arma 3, and because its arma 3 they are just as janky as normal stalker. The problem is its all in russian and doesn't work with any of the really great dynamic arma 3 scenarios because the faction lists aren't formatted properly and they have shitty gatekeeping drm on the files.
