Back in the day beating Mike Tyson in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! was a badge of honor and to this day Mike Tyson is basically considered to be the final boss of NES games. Beat him and you have unofficially beaten the whole NES library of games. Obviously Mike Tyson also being an IRL final boss in boxing ring at the time contributed to his digital versions status becoming an unofficial final of NES games but do other systems have "Mike Tyson" of their own? On top my head I really can't think of equally iconic representation of a system in form of a single boss fight.
