What kind of Saturn pads? I assume you mean the ones that released on Japan or which ones? Saw there's a bunch of versions

pic related for retro/2d games

xbox360 pad for more modern and 3d games.
it's not perfect by any means though.

my wii classic controller pro is quite nice too but it lacks the pressure sensitive trigger buttons that many games need.
it's sort of in between them.
