>I wrote that thinking wrongly all this time of that level where you confront a Banshee for the first time as a scenario where you gain a full set of Cells without getting a Punisher, but it turns-out you get trolled like this in the very first proper map.
I think the second map "Area 88" should get one of its 2 Parachutes get replaced with a Punisher to let you have any use out of those Cells you grabbed from the previous map.
>I'll have to decompile them and probably spend a lot of time cleaning up the results. That's a bit beyond the scope of what I want to do for the moment.
This isn't something that much of a problem to focus on out from the start, petty level tweaks like this can wait for the fan-patches initial completion first.
