Edgy, angsty teen has no fucking clue who he is and has to escape a hospital where the staff are completely incompetent and preform blowjobs on eachother's dead corpses. The controls suck and the voice acting makes Resident Evil look good. There is a gauge that constantly goes up and you can never stop it unless you take a pill that is totally finite and the game is properly designed to take into consideration that your entire playthrough is more or less timed.
