It's one of the Ninja-kun: Ashura no Shō episodes (202 or 203), but if anyone can, could someone make a gif of Abe flexing? It's during one of the arcade segments after he does some physical arcade machine.

Arino Shinya of the japanese comedy duo, Yoiko, plays retro video games from the 80s all the way up to N64/Playstation era on the show Game Center CX, where he is known as Kacho (Chief). He is given a game in each show to beat from start to finish, usually within 13-14 hours, though this can be extended into multiple days depending on the length of the game. He is terrible at most games and often requires the aid of his ADs (assistant directors).
Different sketch segments are made throughout the seasons, as well as Arino visiting various arcades (game centers as called in japan) in a segment called Tamage (you should visit this game center sometime).

Remember getting the demo on a PC Gamer disc. June 1996 I believe. Disc was awesome though. Had demos for Terra Nova, Duke 3D, and I Have No Mouth. It was a great childhood.

Terra Nova was awesome as far as I can remrmber. Been wanting to get it off GoG/Steam sometime.
