Recently got a Japanese Saturn from a friend with a small handful if games and I'm wanting to tate my 20" crt for Dodonpachi.

I've read that it's a good idea to keep it unplugged for 10 minutes, rotate it, and leave it unplugged for another 10 minutes before turning it on, but will this damage my set at all if I rotate back and forth semi-often?
