Lifeline on PS2; Requires a voice headset to play. Technically the protagonist is an unnamed male, (the player,) but you control Rio; a blonde cocktail waitress throughout the entire game. There are thousands of unique voice responses, which may not be impressive now, but certainly was on the PS2. You can even make her do things like "do a sexy pose," to literally asking her to bark like a dog. She's super cute and probably autistic.
