Guys Ive been looking for PC-IBM floppy images without success. Anyone know repos/sites for those? What ive found so far wants a contribution before they let you have one, and what you find for free is not actual images but the extracted files.

Why is it like this with dos games?

What do you call those zips of games that have already been installed then zipped and made "extract and run"?

It irks me extract and play would be too long for a filename suffix.

Its not a floppy image anymore, not a cd iso, not a ripped version (as far as you know) so, what should they get renamed as in my collection?

I supposed repack is the wrong term here.

Im getting really bothered at many versions of DOS games I have in my unsorted folder. I also feel scared to delete some in case servers go offline.

How do you manage naming of different versions of your stuff? I was trying to go for simple [game name] [LANGUAGE IF NOT ENG] [CD/FLOPPY].zip
