Didn't make it myself but rather found it, it basically makes all the previously hitscan gun enemies fire visible bullets you can avoid instead of just getting hitscanned.

Found the glitch by accident and everyone was asking me for how to get mew so instead of telling them how I just sold them mews.

I however charged 5$ instead of 20$ I wanted to do 10$ but the neighborhood kids were too poor for that.

How you manged to get kids to pay you 20$ I'll never know... they probably stole the money from their parent's wallets when they weren't looking. Bet they got grounded for life not too long after buying your mews.
