An honorable mention goes to Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition for me as well, thanks to the savanna level. Overall it's a pretty good looking game, but that level in particular has SIX layers of parallax going in the background. Running back and forth there looks amazing.

The Savanna in Jurassic Park Rampage Edition has six layers of parallax, I would love to see that in 3D.

Man that's crazy. Rampage Edition looks better if anything. The savanna has fucking six layers of parallax going. Can you name another genesis game that does that? I think it's one of the best looking games on the system.
