Depends what you mean by "Complete"

I used to like Bart's Nightmare on SNES, and I could "beat" it, but not 100%. It wasn't a hard game to beat though, all you had to do was play good enough to get Bart a passing grade. On top of many other obstacles and things to interact with and weirdness in the "hub" world, the main objective was to find pieces of paper and step on them, which then makes you pick between two doors, the color of which determines which level you take on. Beat it and you recover a piece of Bart's homework, which increases his grade. Each level also has to be done twice to get all the pages, with the second time being a harder version.

You either got the bad ending if it was a failing grade, or the good ending if it was a passing grade.... which were basically the same ending except in the bad ending Bart says "Uh Oh" and then everyone looks angry/disappointed in Bart while he is sad at the test on the fridge (Why would they hang the test on the fridge if he failed it?) and in the happy one he says... I think "Oh yeah"? (It sounds more like a duck speaking) and everyone is happy in that fridge scene.

I have no idea if you get a different ending if you 100% the game (I doubt it) because despite the fact that I regularly got ... I think it was either an A or A-, and regularly could beat the game.... there was ONE. FUCKING. LEVEL. I could never even come close to beating.

Maggie's Fucking Temple. I had NO fucking idea how that shit worked. You had to jump from column to column, but some instantly drop you to your death if you step on them. I never could figure out how you are supposed to tell which ones do, and to top it off if I got lucky and made a tiny bit of progress there was all sorts of traps along the walls that also insta-kill you and then enemies that force you to step on different tiles or enemies that even chase you forcing you to rush through it. No idea how it worked.

Went to the store to pick up a copy of Super Mario Kart, sold out! Instead of waiting, I decided that it would be a good idea to buy Bart's Nightmare instead, which quickly became my nightmare...
