If you're looking for something decent but cheap, my experiences with Pelican's HD System Selector(specifically, the Gamestop variant) has been quite nice; Clicky, physical switches, 3 inputs with support for composite/s-video/component and audio with a 4th for composite/s-video+audio, and with dual audio outputs in case you want to send audio to your TV and an amplifier.

Haven't notice any signal degradation in the couple years I've had it, and just about any picture I've posted of something running over composite, s-video, or component has had it's signal fed through there before reaching the PVM.
