Threads aren't being made fast enough to automatically shove off slow threads you idiot. Only completely inactive threads will get bumped off the board, one guy can keep a thread bumped for the two week limit without effort. Some threads go for more than 12 hours without a single post and they get zombie bumped back to the top. Autists like you are the reason the board went to shit. Apple's actually a good parrallel though, the way monster cables had taken its head salespeople on really extravagant seminars where some totalled sportscars is neatly comparable to this:
