Westone's Action RPG for the PC Engine - Blood Gear. Top down view in the explory/npc talky bits and side scrolling mech action in the battles. Music by Wonderboy/Monster World composer Shinichi Sakamoto. Neat little game. Although the japanese in it isn't terribly difficult and i can more or less read it, it'd be nice to see it in English so others could play it.

The concept for this game isnt bad, but the execution is terrible. 2D side scroll ARPG with mechas, the idea sounds great and some parts of the game are good, but it feels like they rushed the development a lot and it shows.
