NES (Comp), Famicom (Comp), N64 (SVid), Saturn (SVid) all go into my Sony SB-V40S

Genesis, SNES, PS2, and Wii all go into a 4-Way YPbPr switch (With the help of HDRetrovision cables, if they ever return.)

Both of these splitters are fed into my Sony KV-24FS120, filling all ports except for RF.

I have an Amiga 1080 at my desk I typically use for any composite/svid consoles, working on getting a custom SCART adapter for that. I usually will just bring a console over and plug it in just to have at my desk. I also acquired a Commodore 1702 recently and I would love to have a separate set up somewhere else in my house like my room for a console or two, just to get rid of the congestion of my entertainment center.

KV-24FS120 owner here, and god yes does 240p via component look good. As crisp and clear as an RGB image.

The easiest and cheapest way to see for yourself is using a PS2's component output with a PS1 game. Pic very much related. Past that, like >>3774070 said you'll need to invest in RetrovisionHD's component cables for SNES/Genesis (And soon to be Saturn, NGAES, and PS1) or look into getting SCART cables and a SCART to Component transcoder. Either way it should be a decent step up from S-Video if you're going for a behemoth 36" tube.
