There is Dungeons & Dragons Collection which used to be the only home port of the D&D arcade games, but now they both got ported to every modern platform it's not really worth the exorbant price tag. Also, the loading times can be absolutely abysmal.

If you can run CD-Rs, you might want to try Shinrei Jusatsushi Taromaru. The game's quality definitely does not reflect it's immense price tag, but it's worth a play.

There is also the Shining Force III trilogy, which are great but require you to be able to run CD-Rs if you want to play them in English. Don't even bother with the original US version of Scenario 1.

It seems like most of the games the Saturn was known for are ported by now, apart from a few like Panzer Dragoon II Zwei, Saga, and the Shining games.
