"multiple" problems with CS 1.6+ accuracy that were never officially addressed

wow, interesting, a major flaw indeed, and shame on valve for either failing to discover or neglecting it... still, is that all the reason for your opinion of CSS > CS16 ?
this is an unacceptable bug for "pro" competition, but if we're talking about serious competitiviness for fun and not money, i dont really see a huge problem, it must suck missing a 1-shotkill in an ambush.

CSSource on the other hand and, missing shots the entire time because of "bullet trajectory cone" shit, and in the begining there was a hitboxes bug when characters were running of jumping, these two reasons just made me forget and never revisit CSS, i later heard hitboxes were fixed, then came back again.. and idk now, but firing cone is just shit, i dont care if its supposed to be more realistic, its no fun at all, awful dev decision.

and btw, the "accuracy from last bullet" is the ONLY real bug described in the link, the rest aren't fixes, they are just preferences, even though i mostly agree with upon reading them just now (except standing sniping, pic related)
