Well I guess that's true, I was more thinking maybe max one medkit plus two stimpacks or something, but whatever, it's not that important.

I personally think it would just be a neat touch, I find it too easy to accidentally fire off more than one round in full-auto only mode (mainly in maps and situations where ammo is scarce, and you can't afford to waste rounds).

If you really want to, it's not too hard to make a working fire-selector, hell, if you assign it to some key on the keyboard (like say, X or Z or whatever), it would still work with iron-sights.

That's pretty damn neat. I assume he stomps you if you don't run under him fast enough?
