Armed and Delirious (aka Dementia) is a full FMV adventure game using early CG, the artstyle is very ugly but it has a sort of twisted charm to it. Accursed Farms did a video review with the "Ross's Game Dungeon" review series which is worth checking out if you care to see more.

It has its share of dreamlike environments but a lot of it is more dingy and dilapidated. Still counts in my opinion though.
