That's stock Armageddon 2 Invasion, semi-mindless mowing down of waves of enemies. Used to be really popular but I haven't really seen servers populated as much these days.

The amazon is just a player skin from the vrskins wad, there's a version on best-ever.org's site, just look for the WAD file and throw it into a folder in your Zandronum driectory called "skins".
