A Taito Type X2 (and most other new generation arcade hardware) is literally just a PC running windows with a dongle plugged into a USB port to provide a copyright encryption key.

With the encryption hacked you can run these games natively on any PC with similar sets of off-the-shelf hardware.
There's a program called teknoparrot that
assists with this.
It is *not* an emulator.
The games are running natively on Windows.
